Fees
Therapy is an investment in your wellbeing – not just in how you feel today, but in how you move through your life. Whether you're seeking support with anxiety, trauma, relationships, loss, or life's challenges, I aim to make the practical side of therapy as straightforward as possible. As a counsellor based in Grimsby offering both in-person and online therapy across the UK, I keep my fees clear, transparent, and accessible so you always know what to expect.
Session Fees
£45 per 60-minute session
Sessions are available either online or in-person in Grimsby.
I also offer a limited number of concessionary spaces at £35 per session for those experiencing financial hardship, subject to availability. Please feel free to get in touch if you would like to discuss this.
There are no hidden costs, no contracts, and no minimum commitment. Some people come for a few sessions to work through a specific issue, while others choose longer-term support. We can review your needs together and work at a pace that feels right for you.
If you have any questions about therapy, availability, or whether I'm the right counsellor for you, please Reach Out before booking.
Payments & Cancellations
Payment for your session is made at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice.
For cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice, you can choose to have your payment refunded or, by agreement, carried forward to your next session.
If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, the session fee is non-refundable. This also applies to missed appointments.
The 24-hour notice period allows me to offer appointment times fairly and helps me maintain a consistent service for all clients.
If you have any questions about payments or appointments, please feel free to get in touch.
Why Transparency Matters
I believe therapy should feel safe from the very beginning - and that includes being clear about fees, policies, and expectations. You deserve to know exactly what you're committing to, without pressure, hidden costs, or uncertainty.
My aim is to create a therapeutic relationship built on openness, trust, and mutual respect from our very first contact.
Counselling for a more meaningful life.
