Availability
Sessions are available Monday-Friday between 4:00-9:00pm, and Saturdays 12:00-5:00pm, with some flexibility around these hours to support different needs and routines. These times apply to both in‑person sessions in Grimsby and online sessions across the UK.
Location
I offer in-person sessions in central Grimsby. My therapy room is calm, private, and easy to reach from across Grimsby and the surrounding area.
Online sessions are available across the UK.
Online Sessions
If you prefer to meet from the comfort of your own space, online therapy offers flexibility and accessibility while still providing a warm, connected therapeutic relationship.
