Let’s Meet - Introductory Call

A space to be heard, without cost or commitment.

30 minTelephone or Online via Microsoft Teams

Service Description

A free introductory call is a gentle first step into therapy - a chance for you to get a feel for how I work and to explore whether we might be a good fit. In this short, no-pressure conversation, you're welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. Many people arrive unsure of where to begin, and that's completely okay. During our time together, we'll talk about what's brought you here, what you're hoping for from counselling, and how I can support you. You can ask any questions you may have about the process, my approach, or what working together might look like. This call is simply a space for clarity, reassurance, and connection - nothing more is expected of you. Your introductory call can take place on Microsoft Teams or by phone, depending on what feels most accessible and comfortable for you. If you'd prefer a phone call, just mention this in the booking notes and I'll call you at your chosen time. There is no obligation to continue after the session. If it feels right, we can arrange your first full counselling session. If you need time to think, that's absolutely fine too. This is your space, your pace, and your choice.
