Working Together

I provide online counselling sessions for adults across the UK. Whether you're navigating anxiety, low mood, loss, guilt, shame, or relational stress, we'll work gently with the emotions beneath the experience. Sessions last 50 minutes and are held during evenings and weekends, offering flexibility for those with busy daytime schedules. The first step is a free 15-30 minute introductory session — an opportunity for us to meet, explore what brings you here, and decide together whether working with me feels right. Here’s what some clients have shared about their experience.

Sessions are held online via secure video call and are typically available Monday to Friday, 4pm–9pm, and Saturday, 12pm–5pm. I may be able to offer flexibility around these times — please, feel free to reach out.

Let's Meet:
Introductory Session

This free online session is a gentle invitation to connect. It’s a space for you to ask questions, share what’s bringing you to counselling, and get a feel for how I work. There’s no pressure to commit, just time to explore whether working together feels right for you.

We won’t go deep into your story here. Instead, we’ll focus on what matters to you now, what you’re hoping for, and how I might support you. You’ll also learn about my approach, confidentiality, and what to expect if you choose to begin.

Whether you’re feeling uncertain, curious, or ready to start therapy, this meeting is yours — to arrive as you are and to be met with warmth, respect, and care.

Individual
Therapy Session

These online sessions offer a confidential space that’s entirely yours — free from judgement, pressure, or expectation.

My approach is grounded in person-centred values, which means I won’t steer the conversation. Instead, I’ll follow your lead — what feels important, what feels difficult, and what feels ready to be spoken. There’s no right way to begin and no need to prepare. You’re welcome to arrive exactly as you are.

I offer a safe, respectful environment where you feel genuinely heard. I may gently reflect observations that seem helpful, always with care and sensitivity, to support you in making sense of your experience. By being present and responsive to what you’re feeling and expressing, I support you in exploring your thoughts and emotions at your pace.

This collaborative process can foster greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, and the potential for meaningful, positive change.

Client Testimonials

"Amazing service. I felt so relaxed and safe. I was stuggling with my feelings and you helped me put them into perspective. Afterwards, I felt a weight lifted. It's like you had a magic wand."

"Lisa has truly been a blessing in my life. When I first started therapy, I was carrying so much pain from my past, and I didn't know how to process it. Lisa created a space where I felt completely safe to open up and be honest about what I was feeling. She's helped me understand my emotions, work through my trauma, and start to see myself with more kindness and hope."

"What I appreciate most about Lisa is her genuine care - she listens without judgement and always seems to know how to guide me forward. Thanks to her, I've learned to let go of things that once held me back and to believe that healing is possible. I'm so grateful for everything she's helped me uncover and the strength she's helped me  find."
