2. Choose Online or In-Person Sessions

You're welcome to work with me online from anywhere in the UK or face-to-face in my quiet Grimsby practice.

3. Begin at Your Own Pace

Sessions are typically weekly. We go at a pace that feels comfortable for you, focusing on what matters most in your life.

What Therapy With Me Is Like

Therapy with me is calm, steady, and centred around you.

There's no judgement, no pressure, and no expectation to be anything other than how you are right now.

What you can expect:

- A warm, grounded space where you can slow down and breathe

- Support with anxiety, grief, overwhelm, shame, and low mood
